Job Summary

Set up and operate saddle stitch equipment according to production specifications, reviewing job tickets and maintaining quality standards through routine monitoring and adjustments. Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform maintenance, and optimize machine performance to minimize downtime while completing quality inspections and documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety policies and collaborating with the team to meet production goals. Requires previous saddle stitch operating experience, preferably with Muller Martini or Goss equipment, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Work a 12-hour compressed schedule including days, nights, and weekends.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous saddle stitch operating experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work a 12-hour compressed schedule, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English to safely perform job duties, follow work instructions, and communicate effectively with team members
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to producing quality work
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Experience operating Muller Martini 12–40 pocket stitchers
  • Experience operating Goss 855 equipment
