Job Summary
Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders. Make machine adjustments and monitor product quality throughout production runs, working with the production team to meet daily output goals. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Training is available for those with mechanical aptitude; opportunities for training, advancement, and long-term career growth within a stable, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience operating machinery in manufacturing, warehouse, or trade environments preferred.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
