Job Summary
Bindery Operators are responsible for operating all bindery equipment efficiently, performing general and preventative maintenance, monitoring quality through production phases, and maintaining high production levels. Candidates must be detail-oriented, able to read job specifications, communicate effectively, and be willing to cross-train. This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 50lbs in a fast-paced environment.
