Job Summary
Set up, adjust, and operate a range of bindery and finishing machines (including binding, cutting, folders, collators, stitchers, drills, and gluing equipment) to convert printed sheets into final books, catalogs, manuals, or magazines. Inspect and monitor equipment for safety and quality, make necessary adjustments to coordinate multiple work stations on a single machine, and direct crew through all production steps. Read job orders and apply knowledge of different paper weights, sizes, and colors to ensure accurate finishes. Proficient use of tools to maintain machine conditions and understand dimensional requirements; familiarity with operating procedures for bindery equipment; ability to interpret written work orders and ensure production meets specifications. Shift is 2nd (2pm-10pm). All offers are contingent upon pre-employment screening and the role emphasizes confidentiality and equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
