Job Summary
Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and making adjustments to keep machines running smoothly. Inspect finished products against standards, troubleshoot minor issues to maintain production flow, and work as part of a team to hit daily goals. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace. On your feet for most of the shift, lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally. Required Qualifications
- Have experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably and work well with a team
- Lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
Desired Qualifications
- Press, bindery, or finishing experience
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
