Job Summary
Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and making adjustments. Keep production moving by troubleshooting minor issues and working as part of a team to hit daily goals. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet standards and follow safety procedures to maintain a clean workspace. This role requires experience operating machinery in any industry, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read basic job instructions. The position involves standing for most of the shift on a fast-paced production floor with occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. You will work the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities after 40 hours. Required Qualifications
- Have experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably and work well with a team
- On your feet for most of the shift
- Lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally

- Print, bindery, or finishing experience
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
