Binder Operator

Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and troubleshooting minor issues to keep production moving. Maintain machine performance through adjustments and work as part of a team to hit daily production goals. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and follow safety procedures to maintain a clean, organized workspace. This role requires experience operating machinery in any industry, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read basic job instructions. You will work the 2nd shift Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities and a hiring bonus. Sheridan New Hampshire trains you to run high-speed bindery equipment as part of a stable, growing print manufacturing company.
