Job Summary
Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and making adjustments. Keep machines running smoothly by troubleshooting minor issues and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals and inspect finished products to ensure they meet standards. You will read basic job instructions and measurements, use basic tools, and follow safety procedures. This role is ideal for those with machinery experience who want hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-oriented print manufacturing environment. We provide comprehensive training for new operators.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably
- Work well with a team
- On your feet for most of the shift
- Lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally

- Print, bindery, or finishing experience
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
