Job Summary
Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and troubleshooting minor issues to keep production moving. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following safety procedures and work as part of a team to hit daily production goals. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. No bindery experience required; training provided for those with machinery operation skills in manufacturing or trades. Full-time, second shift Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM with overtime pay and a hiring bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably
- Work well with a team
- Must be available for 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
- Must be available for 40 hours/week
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
Desired Qualifications
- Print, bindery, or finishing experience
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
