Job Summary
Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and making adjustments. Keep production moving by troubleshooting minor issues and working as part of a team to hit daily production goals. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and follow safety procedures to maintain a clean, organized workspace. This role requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to read basic job instructions, and reliable attendance. No prior bindery experience is needed; training is provided for high-speed equipment. Required Qualifications
- Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably
- Work well with a team
- Must be available for 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
- Must be available for 40 hours/week
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
