Binder Operator

Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and making adjustments. Keep machines running smoothly by troubleshooting minor issues and inspecting finished products to ensure they meet standards. Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals while following safety procedures and maintaining a clean workspace. On your feet for most of the shift with occasional lifting up to 20 lbs in this fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We'll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment if you have experience operating machinery in any industry and are mechanically inclined.
