Job Summary
Monitor Key Risk Indicators and product metrics, then review assigned account queues to verify legitimacy, assess risk, and execute restriction or dismissal decisions. Continuously track cases to identify trends for management notification, detect abnormal activity to halt suspicious transactions, and contact account holders to verify activity and mitigate loss. This 3-6 month fixed-term internship supports the Risk Operations team within Binance's global blockchain ecosystem, offering early career talent an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space alongside networking and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics/Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences
- Ability to make discretionary decisions based on research
- Ability to function in multiple queues covering a variety of tasks with a sense of urgency and follow-through
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant work experience in a Risk Operations role
- Knowledge or experience in cryptography
- Knowledge or experience in SQL/Datawind
