Job Summary
Shadow and assist in designing Agent-related capabilities across Binance Agentic, including task flows, user interaction patterns, capability boundaries, failure fallbacks, and result feedback loops. Help build and maintain the Harness framework by contributing to test scenario design, evaluation criteria, task set curation, performance analysis, and iteration recommendations. Partner with Tech Owners, frontend engineers, and Skill design leads to translate business requirements into shippable, testable product specs. Research high-value, deployable Agent use cases across Web3 Wallet, Account, Payment, Trading, and other business lines while staying current on AI Agent, MCP, tool-calling, and automated evaluation developments. Assist in defining and tracking Agent performance metrics, including task success rate, user satisfaction, error rate, and response quality. Identify issues from real-world usage and support continuous improvements across product, engineering, and operations.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science
- Strong interest in AI products, Agent products, AIGC applications, automation tools, or developer tooling
- Interest in or exposure to Web3, exchanges, wallets, payments, on-chain transactions, DeFi, or crypto assets
- Basic understanding of how AI Agents work — tool-calling, task planning, context management, or evaluation frameworks (coursework, projects, or self-study all count)
- Strong ownership and learning agility; comfortable navigating ambiguity and picking things up quickly
- Solid product fundamentals — able to write clear PRDs, flow diagrams, test cases, and acceptance criteria (even at a learning level)
- Excellent communication skills across engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas stakeholders and effectively review and keep up with global AI and Web3 product and technical materials
Desired Qualifications
- Personal projects or coursework related to AI Agents, prompt engineering, or LLM applications
- Experience with or exposure to exchanges, Web3 wallets, on-chain trading, payments, or fintech products
- Familiarity with MCP, Function Calling, RAG, multi-Agent orchestration, or workflow automation
- Knowledge of the Binance ecosystem or mainstream Web3 user scenarios
- Additional languages
