Job Summary
Develop end-to-end product features across frontend and backend under senior engineer guidance, translating requirements into working implementations to reduce handoff friction. Integrate mainstream AI coding tools like Cursor and Copilot into your daily workflow and act as a full stack "seed learner" to absorb practices and grow into an autonomously delivering engineer. Observe cross-team collaboration processes to proactively suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflows while contributing to the full lifecycle from design through deployment and iteration.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above
- Foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang
- Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks
- Experience building end-to-end projects
- Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts
- Familiarity with mainstream AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar)
- Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools
- Self-driven and boundaryless — eager to learn, willing to go beyond assigned scope
- Product mindset — curious about the 'why' behind what you build
- Strong logical thinking and communication skills
- passionate about learning new technologies

Desired Qualifications
- Computer Science or AI-related major is a plus
- Open-source contributions or notable GitHub projects
- Cross-platform development experience (iOS/Android/Web)
- Internship or work experience at startups
