Binance Accelerator Program - AI & Platform Product Manager

Manage and follow up on user feedback by collecting, organizing, and tracking inputs from users, customer support, or internal teams to identify issue types and drive stakeholder resolution. Support product issue coordination by assisting in identifying and organizing product-related matters, coordinating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, and Compliance to push for closure. Handle basic data processing and analysis through data cleaning, organization, reporting, and basic analysis to inform product improvements. Support day-to-day product operations, including requirement organization, issue tracking, and process optimization, while assisting with basic Web-side tasks like pop-up configuration and UI adjustments. Participate in AI-related project support involving requirement coordination, workflow follow-up, and feedback collection. Coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders using bilingual English/Mandarin skills. Available to work 3-5 days per week for at least 6 months as part of the 3-6 month Binance Accelerator Program internship.
