Job Summary
Operate grain drying and storage systems while monitoring temperature, moisture, airflow, and product quality. Collect and test corn samples, probe bins for data entry into AS400, and prepare bins between fills. Unload incoming popcorn, confirm inventory placement, and assist with inspections, cleanouts, and preventive maintenance. Drive tractors, augers, semi-trucks, and farm equipment to support safety, quality, and efficiency improvements. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with summer shifts potentially running 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. During the six- to eight-week harvest season, operate up to 12 hours daily including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English to perform job duties effectively and safely
- Ability to work at heights up to 80 feet
- Flexible schedule to support operational needs, including weekends or extended shifts
- Drive a semi-truck
- Drive farm related equipment

- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Experience with grain handling or agricultural equipment
- Basic understanding of product conditioning and storage environments
