Job Summary
Maintain bin accuracy at 99% or greater during cycle counts and audits while ensuring all SKUs are stored in correct locations per WMS. Achieve 100% compliance with assigned warehouse zones by storing inventory within designated racking, flow lanes, or floor locations and completing slotting changes according to approved plans. Keep assigned areas clean and organized daily by removing debris, empty packaging, and excess materials, and promptly address damaged product or obsolete status items. Utilize bin capacity efficiently to avoid underfill or overfill, position high-velocity SKUs for optimal access, and complete re-slotting tasks within assigned timeframes. Follow SOPs 100% of the time, communicate issues to Inventory Control or Leadership, and maintain accurate documentation of bin changes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or similar role
- Proficiency with WMS systems, preferably SAP
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Efficient with material handling equipment (ie: Stand up / Set Down forklift, Turret, Cherry Picker)
- Standing and walking for this position can require being on your feet the entire shift
- Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more and 20 inches or less with the ability to judge distance and space relationships and bring objects into sharp focus
- Use of hearing protection
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Close vision

- SAP Experience Highly Desired – Transactions to know (LX03, LX16, LS24, LT24, etc.)
