Job Summary
Assemble, inspect, and package finished products for shipment while following established procedures to ensure quality and consistency. Review work orders and packing notes to confirm product requirements, then accurately complete and submit daily production and time records. Maintain production schedules, communicate delays proactively, and keep workstations clean and organized. Support continuous improvement efforts by sharing ideas and assist in other production areas as needed. Work overtime when business demands require flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow work instructions and standardized processes
- Dependable attendance
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to stand, move, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to work overtime when business demands require flexibility
Desired Qualifications
- 1–2 years of manufacturing, assembly, production, or packaging experience preferred
- Experience with Chop saw
- Experience with Drill press
- Experience with Snap machines
- Experience with Grommet machine
- Experience with Rivet machine
- Experience with Glue machine & hot glue guns
- Experience with Heat sealers
- Experience with Transport cover rolling machine
