Job Summary
BIM Manager located on-site in Amarillo, TX, responsible for leading and mentoring the local BIM team, representing the BIM department in client-facing meetings, and driving the implementation of BIM workflows across all project phases for a hyper-scale data center construction project. Requires strong experience with Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM tools; ability to develop and maintain BIM standards and a project-wide BIM strategy; lead 4D modeling efforts and clash detection, and coordinate with IT, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient BIM execution.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related industry preferred
