Job Summary
Lead Digital Engineering, Virtual Design & Construction, and Digital Delivery across multiple large and complex projects. Establish project-specific digital delivery strategy, BIM Execution Plans, and coordination standards from preconstruction through turnover. Drive clash detection, issue tracking, and weekly coordination meetings while managing delivery schedules, budgets, and stakeholder adherence. Perform field-based laser scanning, photogrammetry, and drone site capture to capture existing conditions and verify as-built deliverables. Provide training, support, and guidance on digital tools and workflows to project teams, vendors, and design partners. Collect, track, and report project data, KPIs, and digital performance metrics to support continual improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree in an accredited industry related curriculum
- Minimum 5-10 years of VDC related design and/or construction experience
- Proven success leading VDC on multiple projects simultaneously, or one XL project
- Thorough understanding of general construction techniques and systems
- Capability in 3D parametric modeling software and model coordination software
- Hands-on experience with laser scanning, photogrammetry and/or UAV operations
- FAA Part 107 certification
- Must be able to travel
