Job Summary
BIM Technician responsible for creating Revit-based 3D building models from project sketches, developing construction documents from the Revit model, and preparing presentation drawings for design proposals. Duties include coordinating building system models from consultants and applying tools such as Enscape, InDesign, AutoCad, and Navisworks. Requires a minimum of 3 years direct project experience and an Associates Degree in Architecture (Bachelor's preferred). Advanced Revit skills are essential, with the ability to produce accurate 3D models and construction documents, work effectively in a team, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Office locations: St. Louis, MO and Highland, IL, with hybrid remote option.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Associates Degree in Architecture (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3 years direct project experience
- Advanced Skills in Revit
- Capable of developing accurate technical 3D building models and construction documents utilizing Revit
- Able to develop construction documents from Revit model
- Experience coordinating building system models from consultants
- Proficiency with Enscape
- Proficiency with InDesign
- Proficiency with AutoCad
- Proficiency with Navisworks
- Knowledge of government drafting standards
- Knowledge of USGBC LEED Rating System
- Strong organization and time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented and self-starter
