BIM Technician

BIM Technician needed to join a landscape architecture design studio across multiple UK locations (Leeds, Manchester, Oxford, or London). Responsibilities include developing and managing detailed Revit models for landscape projects, translating 2D drawings into accurate 3D landforms, producing engaging 3D visualizations, coordinating with the design team to ensure faithful implementation of project designs, preparing technical drawings with Revit and AutoCAD, maintaining BIM outputs to match firm standards, performing basic clash detection, and supporting the BIM Manager/Coordinator with training initiatives. Requirements include proven BIM Technician experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (Rhino/SketchUp/Lumion/Twinmotion a plus), strong 3D modelling workflow knowledge, familiarity with BIM standards such as ISO 19650, and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field. Additional BIM certifications are advantageous.
