Job Summary
Document redmarks generated by design personnel into AutoCAD or Revit and prepare design documents adhering to company standards. Review drawings to verify redmark completion accuracy and input all data into the appropriate BIM program. Monitor project status and development to meet deadlines while coordinating weekly manpower needs with the EOR. This role requires night and weekend work to ensure timely project delivery. Candidates must hold a two-year technical BIM degree or high school diploma and possess proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. The position also involves the ability to carry up to 50 lbs of drawings and complete ten hours of annual BIM-specific training.
Required Qualifications
- Two year technical BIM degree or high school diploma
- Proficient in Autocad
- Proficient in Revit
- Ability to communicate with appropriate internal team members
- Ability to input redmarks accurately and completely into BIM system
- The ability to carry up to 50 lbs of drawings
