Job Summary
BIM/CAD Specialist in Dubai developing and maintaining BIM/CAD models for urban planning and master planning projects. Collaborate with urban planners and designers to produce base maps, land use plans, PDGs, sign-off sheets, and planning documentation. Support authority submission packages and navigate DM/DDA processes. Apply BIM workflows and standards to ensure quality and consistency, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and drive automation initiatives and AI-enabled workflows to improve productivity. Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge of MicroStation and Civil 3D; contribute to digital delivery and continuous improvement within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of BIM/CAD experience in Urban Planning/Master Planning/Architecture
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of BIM principles and digital delivery processes
- Understanding of urban planning documentation, land use planning, and authority submission requirements
- Experience with MicroStation and Civil 3D is preferred
