Job Summary
Develop and maintain BIM models in Revit to support construction planning, execution, and visualization for complex building projects. Coordinate models with design and construction teams to resolve clashes, review constructability, and solve problems using model-based insights. Collaborate with project managers, schedulers, and superintendents to prepare views, animations, and documentation for client presentations and meetings. Ensure model accuracy and data integrity by adhering to established BIM standards and execution plans. This role requires 2–3 years of BIM experience and proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with work available from any US state.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in a BIM or Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) role
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Experience with BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks Manage (or similar)
- Understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Candidates are required to successfully complete a federal background check for security clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in commercial, mission-critical, healthcare, aviation, or large-scale construction projects
- Exposure to VDC workflows, clash detection, and construction logistics modeling
