Job Summary
Lead the development and governance of BIM standards and processes across offices, manage and systematize BIM content including Unifi/Content Catalog libraries, and create automation scripts (e.g., Dynamo) to streamline tasks. Drive large-scale BIM content initiatives (Medical Equipment Library, comprehensive warehouses, standard detail libraries) and assign development tasks to staff, ensuring timely completion. Define BIM model setup during project initiation, harvest and archive Revit content, respond quickly to staff requests for Revit assistance, evaluate and train staff capabilities, and explore BIM product innovations to stay at the forefront of BIM/drafting tools. Support sustainability goals through energy modeling and data harvesting, and collaborate with the Technical Director to address quality issues in BIM templates and assets.
