BIM Specialist – Architect

Job Summary
Develop detailed 3D building models using Autodesk Revit and manage updates to ensure alignment with luxury design standards and structural requirements. Conduct clash detection with Navisworks to resolve conflicts between architecture, MEP, and civil systems, while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to harmonize building elements. Generate construction documents, shop drawings, and reports that comply with local regulations and international building codes, implementing quality control procedures to maintain model integrity. Identify potential design risks early in the project lifecycle and provide BIM-based solutions to mitigate issues and avoid construction delays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in BIM management
- At least 8 years working on high-end luxury building projects in the construction industry
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Advanced proficiency in Navisworks
- Advanced proficiency in other BIM-related software
- Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and high-end finishes relevant to luxury construction
- Experience in clash detection
- Experience in model coordination
- Experience in producing detailed architectural and structural drawings
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- Detail-oriented with an eye for luxury design aesthetics and quality
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to deliver precise, high-quality results under tight deadlines
- Certification in BIM management or Autodesk Revit (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional)
- Experience in PMC environments
- Experience working on large-scale luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices
- Knowledge of integration of green technologies, tools and workflows
