BIM Specialist (Archi/Struct)

Job Summary
Create detailed Revit 3D models from 2D drawings and point cloud scans. Lead clash coordination and produce clear coordination drawings. Ensure compliance with the VIATechnik BIM checklist and standards. Prepare and manage RFIs to resolve design ambiguities. Act as first-line quality control for project deliverables. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve clashes, ensure constructibility, and deliver high-quality models that drive accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Strong Revit 3D modeling proficiency and basic Navisworks knowledge
- Solid plan-reading skills (Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEPF)
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to deliver quality outcomes
- Willingness to work in Makati
