Job Summary
Develop and manage the SelektHuis building concept within Revit, creating parametric families, templates, and standard details for the Design to Build workflow. Maintain model quality and ensure optimal integration with systems like BIMpact, Uniek 3, IBIS, and 4PS while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Identify improvements in modeling and standardization to drive future construction processes. This role supports the continued digitalization of SelektHuis, offering an HBO degree in Construction, extensive Revit experience, and a salary commensurate with expertise.
Required Qualifications
- hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde, Built Environment of vergelijkbaar
- ruime ervaring met Revit en BIM binnen de woningbouw of utiliteitsbouw
- ervaring met het opzetten en beheren van Revit-families en BIM-standaarden
- begrijpt hoe modelinformatie wordt gebruikt binnen de calculatie, werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering
- analytisch, gestructureerd en denkt in oplossingen
- vindt het leuk om collega's mee te nemen in nieuwe werkwijzen

- Kennis van datamanagement en/of koppelingen tussen softwarepakketten
