Job Summary
Prepare, verify, and submit legal documentation for student visa applications to ensure compliance with immigration laws and embassy regulations. Gather necessary documents including passports, photos, and financial statements, then track application status and update clients on progress. Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive data and acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding requirements, fees, and processing times. Liaise with embassies and consulates to resolve issues or expedite applications, ensuring meticulous accuracy to avoid rejections. This remote, full-time position requires high-level competence in student visa counselling for Australia, US, UK, and Canada, with a starting rate of 8AUD/hour.
Required Qualifications
- high level of competence in student visa counselling for Australia / US /UK / Canada etc
- Proven track record of student visa admissions
- Meticulous accuracy in reviewing documents
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management systems
- Ability to manage multiple, high-stakes, time-sensitive applications simultaneously
