Job Summary
Manage and create digital information for railway station projects using Bentley ProjectWise, OpenBuilding Designer, and MicroStation. Liaise with BIM managers, discipline leads, and supply chain stakeholders to establish workflows, resolve coordination issues, and ensure compliance with BS1192 and ISO 19650 standards. Produce high-quality 3D CAD models and construction drawings while executing clash avoidance, internal audits, and model submissions. Support the implementation of deliverables by facilitating issue resolution, maintaining the Common Data Environment, and providing technical guidance to the project team. Monitor BEP adherence and contribute to regular reports on BIM deliverable status.
Required Qualifications
- BIM Modeller with at least a minimum of 3 years' experience in major infrastructure/transportation projects
- Experience of working in an engineering production environment
- Experience of delivering projects to UK BIM Standards including BS1192 and ISO 19650
Desired Qualifications
- A railway, transportation or construction background is ideal
