Job Summary
Perform BIM modelling for architectural projects under the supervision of a BIM Lead or Architect, ensuring drawings adhere to company standards and BIM project workflow criteria. Produce accurate models and drawings for concept, schematic, detail, and tender documentation phases while maintaining timely completion schedules. Execute QAQC on modelled elements, report progress regularly, and ensure all exported information is recorded in the correct directory. Participate in multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale projects and support the Company's SHEQ scope within duties.
Required Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Proficient in Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Able to do detailing and tender documentation drawings
- Involvement in building project with team of modelers, architects and engineers
- Basic knowledge on reading and interpretation of architectural drawings
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in large projects and work with multi-disciplinary team
- Experience in Concept Design, Schematic Design, Detail Design and Tender documentation
- Experience in BIM 360 and ProjectWise
