Job Summary
Draft telecommunications and electrical systems including structured cabling, audiovisual, wireless, and video surveillance within multi-discipline engineering environments. Support BIM coordination, federated models, clash detection, and automation while collaborating across design, engineering, clients, and constructors. Manage multiple project assignments to meet deadlines, working independently and within teams to support local and cross-company projects. Travel occasionally as needed. Requires 2-5 years of BIM modeling experience with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of relevant experience as a BIM Modeler with Telecommunication or Electrical systems
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective visual/verbal communication skills
- Understanding of inter-relationships among design/engineering disciplines, clients, and constructors
- Travel occasionally for projects as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Revizto experience
- Dynamo, Python, or C# scripting
- Revit API experience
- BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) experience
