Job Summary
BIM Modeler II at Rosendin responsible for providing modeling efforts for project delivery and standards, collaborating with the Lead Modeler/Supervisor to develop Revit families, efficiently model and document projects, set up Revit views/templates/filters, and document progress per project standards. Requires strong Revit skills, ability to read 2D plans, coordination with other trades, and adherence to REI BIM processes and confidentiality/non-disclosure requirements. Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred in Computerized Drafting field
- Minimum 2 years’ total experience with knowledge of electrical symbols and electrical drafting conventions and standards
- Knowledge of Revit and ability to create/manipulate views, browser structure, sheets, schedules, filters
- Familiarity with BlueBeam, Autodesk Cloud products, and NavisWorks
- Ability to read 2D plans (one-lines, lighting schedules, panel/filer schedules)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Revit workflows and project standards
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience in BIM processes, confidentiality, and IP protection
- Self-motivated, proactive, team-oriented
- An associate degree preferred in Computerized Drafting field
- High school diploma or equivalent
