Job Summary
Coordinate with project managers and engineers for design and drafting work in high-rise buildings, overseeing detailed 3D model development using Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Lead BIM implementation and execution plans, manage data integrity, and perform clash detection to resolve design conflicts before construction. Generate accurate construction documentation, conduct quality control reviews, and prepare BOQs while mentoring junior technicians on BIM standards and processes. Review and negotiate BIM execution plans with architects and clients to ensure compliance with industry regulations and project requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Revit
- Core Knowledge of MEP services with specialization in one service as a minimum
- Must have knowledge of BIM/CAD standards and aware of Engineering terminology
- Must have experience on international project
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of 3D modeling tools such as Revit & Navisworks would be desirable
- Knowledge of 3D modeling of all services Electrical
- Knowledge of 3D modeling of Mechanical, plumbing will be addon
- Experience in preparing general arrangement drawings
- Experience in all stages of drawings such as Concept, Schematic, Detail design and GFC
- A robust knowledge of Building Services design and experience of services full co-ordination
- Flexible attitude, in an environment with frequently changing deadlines can be relied on to meet deadlines
