BIM Manager

Job Summary
Lead BIM operations across mechanical projects, directing BIM coordinators and technicians; establish and enforce company-wide BIM standards and workflows; coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field leadership to deliver accurate, constructible models; perform clash detection and model-based constructability analyses; integrate BIM with fabrication, estimating, and field layout; oversee project schedules and resource allocation; stay current with BIM technologies to improve productivity and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of BIM/VDC experience in the mechanical construction industry
- Proven experience leading BIM coordination for large-scale commercial projects
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems design and installation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience integrating BIM with fabrication and field operations preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
