Job Summary
BIM Manager leading and managing the Revit environment and digital BIM standards office-wide in a Victoria, BC studio. The role combines hands-on modeling support with strategic oversight, including setting BIM direction, evolving templates and workflows, ensuring consistency across projects, troubleshooting BIM issues, and collaborating with leadership to integrate BIM into project delivery. Hybrid work model: typically 3 days in office with autonomous ownership over BIM processes and the opportunity to directly impact project delivery and internal workflows across transportation, municipal, commercial, and multi-residential sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing
- Experience working across multiple project phases
- Ability to work independently and take initiative within a smaller studio environment
- Background in architecture or architectural technology preferred
