BIM Manager - Senior Consultant – Real Estate – UK Wide

Job Summary
Develop bespoke BIM strategies and workflows aligned with industry best practices, including contract documentation requirements. Lead the rollout of BIM methodologies across programs and projects, managing client adoption and supply chain coordination. Conduct structured model reviews, clash detection, and data analysis to mitigate risks, while facilitating workshops to act as a digital ambassador for stakeholders. Create bid proposals, write detailed reports, and contribute to internal quality processes. Manage teams by peer-reviewing deliverables and maintaining high standards. Work on Education and Data Centre sector opportunities, utilizing tools like Revit, Solibri, and ACC. Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years in a BIM Manager role
- Deep working knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650
- Deep working knowledge of the Information Management Initiative Framework (IMI Framework, Formally UK BIM Framework)
- Deep working knowledge of industry information management standards
- Proficiency in industry leading 3D modelling software such as Revit or ArchiCAD
- Expert use of clash detection and model checking tools like Solibri and Navisworks
- Strong experience of CDE platforms such as ACC, Asite & Veiwpoint
- Proficiency with data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Ability to analyse and validate model data, including an understanding of COBie data requirements
- Ability to facilitate workshops
- Proven capability to lead teams

- Proven capability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
- A proactive approach to identifying risks
- A proactive approach to proposing appropriate mitigations
