BIM Manager

BIM Manager – Projects to lead a growing BIM and Information Management team within Rolls-Royce SMR, reporting to a Senior Information Manager. Define and embed information management across live projects, coordinating design, construction and supply chain data to enable high-quality delivery. Responsibilities include shaping and delivering Information Management and BIM strategies aligned to programme requirements, establishing and scaling a project-focused IM team, owning core IM outputs (EIR, BEP, AIR, MIDP), and integrating data flows across design, construction and supply chain partners. The role requires delivering BIM and information management across large-scale, regulated infrastructure projects, with strong knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM principles and Common Data Environments (e.g. ACC, Asite, SharePoint), and experience leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing across design, delivery, commercial and supply chain functions. A degree in engineering, construction, architecture or related discipline (or equivalent) is expected, with further BIM/Information Management development advantageous. Location is hybrid with site attendance as required to support collaboration and delivery; BPSS clearance, DBS checks and basic financial probity checks are part of the process for nuclear industry compliance.
