BIM Manager

BIM Manager – Projects role leading a growing team of BIM and Information specialists within Rolls-Royce SMR UK, responsible for defining and embedding best-in-class information management and BIM strategies across live projects to enable predictable, high-quality delivery. You will own core IM outputs (EIR, BEP, AIR and MIDP), coordinate data flows across design, construction and supply chain partners, and act as a key interface with clients and internal teams to treat information as a critical delivery asset. The role requires a delivery-first mindset and credibility with senior stakeholders, with experience applying BIM and information management across large-scale, regulated infrastructure or construction projects, and familiarity with ISO 19650 and Common Data Environments. The role also encompasses leading and scaling a project-focused Information Management team and supporting collaboration at site-level as part of a hybrid working arrangement in the UK (Derby, Warrington, or Manchester). This position includes working with regulatory screenings, security clearances, and a commitment to inclusive recruitment practices.
