Job Summary
Lead BIM strategy and manage Revit standards across the Victoria, BC office. This is a hands-on leadership role with ownership over BIM across the firm, responsible for improving BIM integration, workflows, and consistency while supporting project teams across all phases and collaborating with leadership to integrate BIM into project delivery. The position offers hybrid work with relocation to Victoria and autonomy to shape standards, templates, and processes to influence current and future operations.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
- Strong understanding of construction documentation
- Experience working across multiple project phases
- Ability to work independently and take initiative within a smaller studio environment
- Background in architecture or architectural technology preferred
