Job Summary
Manage Building Information Modeling workflows across complex infrastructure projects in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. Setup, configure, and maintain BIM project models and templates while ensuring adherence to Level of Development standards and naming conventions. Lead coordination meetings, perform clash detection using Navisworks, and resolve technical conflicts before they reach the field. Oversee integration of non-graphical asset data to support 4D, 5D, and 6D requirements, and conduct quality control audits on 3D models and 2D documentation. Provide technical support and mentoring to engineers and modelers on BIM software and digital workflows. Requires 10+ years of BIM experience, advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of dedicated experience in BIM implementation and coordination on large-scale infrastructure, buildings, or mega-projects
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Advanced proficiency in Navisworks Manage
- Advanced proficiency in BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Must be willing to relocate or be based full-time in Tabuk, KSA
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certifications in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS)
- Experience with Civil 3D
- Experience with Dynamo
- Experience with Bentley MicroStation/OpenBuildings
- Deep understanding of international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and openBIM principles (IFC, COBie)
