Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Structural or MEP Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum of five years of related experience in BIM management
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in clash detection, model review, and 3D coordination software (e.g., Autodesk Navisworks)
- Strong skills in BIM and CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD)
- Familiarity with CPM scheduling software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
