Job Summary
Lead the BIM team by defining standards, managing performance, and coordinating 3D model reviews to forecast overspend and ensure timely communication with the wider construction team. Implement companywide BIM systems, provide tender stage cost estimates, and conduct regular coordination meetings to highlight variations. Maintain expertise in MEP systems for installation commissioning and CDM compliance while visiting sites to align practical installation practices with modelling effectiveness. Develop team skills in software and coordination, offering guidance to maximize performance. Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in BIM
- CAD experience
- Revit experience
- Experience within an MEP environment
