Job Summary
BIM Manager leads the development, implementation, and optimization of BIM standards, workflows, and technologies across the firm; partners with architectural teams to ensure coordinated model production, documentation quality, and interoperability with consultants (structural, MEP, contractors). Responsibilities include developing firmwide BIM standards and templates, evaluating new BIM tools, providing technical BIM leadership and support from concept through construction, overseeing model setup and quality control, mentoring staff, troubleshooting BIM issues, performing regular model audits, and aligning BIM strategy with business goals while promoting continuous improvement in digital design processes. Required tools and skills include Autodesk Revit, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, D5, Enscape, and a strong foundation in architectural design and construction documentation; collaboration across project teams and coordination processes is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in architecture or related discipline, with strong BIM focus
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; strong working knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Experience developing and managing BIM standards and workflows
- Strong understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, and coordination processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively within project teams
