Job Summary
Leads the delivery of BIM services on assigned projects for Cupertino Electric, owning BIM execution, schedules, model coordination, deliverables, standards maintenance, and related department initiatives. Manages and coaches BIM staff (PMs, Coordinators, Operators), balances workload, and ensures effective cross-functional workflows. Communicates status, risks, decisions, and actions to stakeholders; resolves BIM issues impacting scope/quality/coordination and escalates as needed. Requires hands-on expertise in model authoring and trade coordination, proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and project-management tools (MS Project, MS Planner, Clickup). Strong planning, resource allocation, and scheduling abilities; clear communication with project teams, field, and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; College education in related field preferred
- Experience: 5+ years in electrical construction industry with progressive BIM experience
- Licensure/Certifications: None required
