Job Summary
Lead BIM strategy and operations by standardizing BIM processes, BEP/EIR adoption, and coordinating across architecture, engineering, and construction teams. Manage BIM specialists, train staff, and provide troubleshooting; perform clash detection to resolve spatial conflicts before construction; conduct QA to ensure compliance with BIM standards and regulatory parameters; configure, maintain, and upgrade BIM/CAD software (Revit, Navisworks) across the firm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5-8+ years in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry with hands-on modeling and coordination experience
- Deep proficiency in modeling and coordination software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Solibri)
- Professional certifications (e.g., CM-BIM or BIM certifications from Autodesk) are highly valued
