BIM Lead (National Contract)

Job Summary
BIM Lead is responsible for setting up and assisting in development of BIM environment on the project, helping the work processes for design reviews, and ensuring BIM compliance of models and drawings. Responsibilities include setup and maintenance of BIM 360, Revit, NavisWorks, Model Coordination and Design Collaboration, assisting in development of BIM Execution Plans, developing BIM workflows, training delivery teams in BIM processes, monitoring BIM deliverables for compliance with information delivery plans and standards, and acting as liaison between IT, GIS and BIM users.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computers or related science from a four-year accredited college or university and 6+ years’ experience; or in lieu of degree, 10+ years of progressive experience in relevant industry.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a BIM Professional in engineering, design, and construction industry.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk authoring platforms including features, functions, and limitations.
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360 Suite, and Navisworks.
- Understands project workflows from design, estimation, construction administration and coordination.
- Proficient in oral and written communications skills.
- Collaborates well in a team environment.
- Ability to manage priorities and take on additional evolving responsibilities.
