BIM Lead - MEP

Lead point cloud data interpretation, segmentation, and conversion into accurate BIM models for Architecture and MEP across LOD 300 to 500. Manage a team of BIM modelers and engineers to deliver multi-disciplinary outputs, while reviewing models for accuracy, constructability, and clash-free coordination. Lead BIM coordination meetings, resolve clashes, and perform model audits to ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans and ISO 19650-aligned processes. Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, preparing progress reports and handling technical clarifications. Support project planning, task allocation, and risk mitigation to ensure timely, quality-driven deliveries.
