BIM Lead

Job Summary
Lead project BIM delivery for the MEP department, managing the production of models and drawings, coordination exports, and clash detection to ensure successful integration of multi-disciplinary designs. Provide guidance and support to the team to enable efficient delivery of high-quality spatial data. Attend project design team meetings and coordinate with the client, architect, and mechanical contractor/engineer; work closely with the Project Manager and Engineering Team Lead to align design criteria, budget, and schedule. Requires strong knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD, with a minimum of 5 years BIM experience; degree in computerized drafting field preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ total BIM experience
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of Revit
- Experience with MEP BIM coordination
- Clash detection and coordination experience
- Ability to lead BIM delivery and coordinate with PM/Engineering team lead
- Experience producing coordination exports and schedule exports
- Attend project design team meetings and interface with client, architect, and mechanical contractor/engineer
- Degree in computerized drafting field preferred but not required
